ANDY’S DELI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRANSIT OF YOUR ORDER.   AS WE RELEASE PACKAGES TO UPS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TIMELY AND SAFE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGES. UPS DOES NOT INSURE PERISHABLE ITEMS AND WILL NOT REFUND ANY COST BACK TO YOU IF THE PACKAGE GETS LOST OR DAMAGED OR IT’S DELIVERED AFTER THE UPS ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME.

IF UPS DOES NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER WITH IN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME, ANDY’S DELI WILL NOT RE-SEND THOSE ORDERS AT NO CHARGE.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR RE-SEND ORDERS DUE TO UPS DELIVERY ISSUES. PLEASE CONTACT UPS REGARDING MISSING OR LATE PACKAGES. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24HR OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS: Coolers with ice gels are added automatically to your order. If you are in a 4 day delivery zone or in a warm state like CA ,FL ,AZ, TX, or any other state with the constant weather greater than 60 degrees you might want to wait for cooler weather before ordering and try to stay away from ordering more fragile products like fresh sausage or pates.

ADDING ITEMS FROM CATEGORY “GROCERY ITEMS” MIGHT DELAY YOUR ORDER BY A WEEK OR YOUR ORDER MIGHT BE SPLIT UP INTO TWO SHIPMENTS.
