Is a leader in production of traditional, quality Polish sausages and
specialty European meat products. Established by Mike Mikolajczyk
in 1918, the Company grew continuously and was bought in
mid 1980’s by Andy Kolasa who is the current owner and
the President of the company.

Now we are the largest producer of a wide variety of authentic Polish sausages in the Chicago land area. We are selling over 150 types of products to several hundred stores all over the United States.



The qualities that distinguish our Company are: our partnering relationships with Customers and Suppliers, recognized high quality of products, and reliable Customer Service.

We maintain close cooperation with recognized Polish technologists. The cooperation allows us to develop new products satisfying the Customers tastes. Our new products development program has been prepared upon consideration of contemporary trends in production of specialty meat foods. We are continuously researching and analyzing international markets in pursuit of new concepts and technological solutions.
