Shipping Info:

– We try to ship most of our orders on Mondays however the  4-5 day transit times orders must go out only on Monday. The 2-3 day transit times orders go out no later than Tuesday and the 1-2 day transit times go out no later than Wednesday. If you pick faster shipping other than ground we will ship you order so it arrives no later than Friday. If you order will not be able to make it to it’s destination before Friday we will ship it the following Monday. Please note when there is a Holiday and we are closed your order might be delayed up to two weeks from order date as we try to catch up on production and packing after closed days. ATTENTION ALL ONLINE CUSTOMERS:ALL ORDERS ARE NOW SHIPPED IN A COOLER WITH ICE GELS TO KEEP THE PRODUCT CHILLED (NO EXCEPTIONS). YOU WILL SEE A COOLER CHARGE AT CHECKOUT. WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADD A COOLER SIZE THAT WILL FIT YOUR ORDER.

 

-PLEASE NOTE: ANDY’S DELI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRANSIT OF YOUR ORDER. AS WE RELEASE PACKAGES TO UPS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TIMELY AND SAFE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGES. IF UPS DOES NOT DELIVER WITH IN THE TIME FRAME ANDY’S DELI WILL NOT RE-SEND THOSE ORDERS . PLEASE CONTACT UPS REGARDING MISSING OR LATE PACKAGES.

Due to very poor delivery performance by UPS  starting  Jan 1st 2014 all orders placed on our website will not be refunded or no claims will be accepted if UPS fails to deliver the package on time. Ups does not insure perishable items if they lose or fail to deliver your package on time you will not get money back for your order.
